The majority of the roles on contract and perm are at mid to senior level and tend to sit within the finance and professional services sector. With plans to expand the London business in 2013 within all teams this independent IT recruitment agency are keen to talk with experienced IT Recruiters from either a perm or contract background who have at least 18 months experience in a full recruitment consultant role. All positions are full 360 roles but you will benefit from being given warm accounts to service from day one whilst you start developing your own client base. The team generally develop business via networking, referral and research rather than generic cold calling but as long as you are professional, consultative and successful your style can be catered for. Our client places great emphasis on training, with well-established and successful graduate training programmes and regular recruitment and leadership training with both technical and recruitment elements. The team do not work to weekly/monthly KPI’s but they do have an annual and quarterly revenue based target to achieve and they do encourage you to develop client and candidate relationships through face to face meetings.
