Exp: 7+ yrs Job Responsibilities •Continuously evolve architectures on latest technologies of Cloud and iOS •Build games and applications to be used by millions •Work with a scale of billions of database reads and hundreds of millions of writes per day •Contribute ideas in a collaborative, supportive team environment •Work on a cross functional game team including product, creative and art colleagues •Be able to architect game features and ensure a quality implementation by the team •Own at least one whole game unit (scalable backend, web frontend, mobile frontend) •Directly manage the day-to-day work of a team of highly skilled developers through software development life-cycle •Helps build and define software delivery processes for a fast paced release cycle, including continuous integration, unit testing and architecture compliance •Delegates tasks to junior developers, mentoring them when needed •Coordinate development and operations across geographies •Leads engineering excellence to ensure code delivery is compliant with best practices and industry standards Basic Requirements •Stellar problem solving and coding skills •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Computer Science graduate from a reputed institute •Strong Analytical thinking and go-getter attitude •Excellent technical design skills •Atleast 1 year leading a team of two or more developers •3+ years of experience developing client-server applications Preferred Skill sets •Development experience in large-scale, high-traffic, consumer-facing web sites If interested, kindly share your CV at the earliest with rishivimal3@gmail.com."
