You have a background of at least 5 years PM in a complex environment 1. Preferably PMP, but otherwise thorough understanding of PMBOK 4th edition. 2. Has worked over 5 years as a project manager. 3. Has worked in a similar environment, ie technical development including architecture and testing. 4. Preferably experience managing projects in public sector. 5. Good communicator. 6. Diplomatic. 7. Excellent state of service as a project manager. 8. Technical knowledge of relevant technical areas is an asset. 9. Knowledge of CMMI and other quality frameworks is an asset. 10.
