Group: IT Recruiters Sameer Seth has started a discussion: Now Hiring ASP.NET Developer - Washington DC - Urgent "Job Title: .NET Developer Duration: 6 Months ( Will likely extend ) Start Date: ASAP Location: Washington DC, Position Type: Contract Interview Type Telephonic followed by Inperson Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree is a plus · At least 3 years’ experience with Visual Studio and C#, & ASP.NET. · At least 3 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server. · At least 2 years’ experience with Team Foundation System and Visual Studio Test tools. · At least 2 years’ experience on enterprise level applications · Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously · Knowledge of Corporate networks, Active Directory and LDAP. · Thorough knowledge of personal computers, internet technologies, and Microsoft Office suite of tools including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project. · Ability to analyze error conditions and develop appropriate solutions. · Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation. · Strong analytical, communication, and team skills. · Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multi task assignments. · Participate in all phases of development including programming, application testing, final delivery to the test team, and installation in the production environment. · Participate in joint requirement definition (JRD) sessions to define detailed user requirements. · Translate the user requirements into the high-level and detailed application design. · Setup development, Staging and production environments. · Develop clear and concise documentation. **local candidates strongly preferred **will more than likely be extended beyond 6/30/13 Please answer the questions: Question 1: Please mention your Full Legal Name: Question 2: Are you currently working, if currently working, reasons for leaving/pursuing new jobs?
