Job Description: A group company within Client currently seeks a Java UI Developer to join our team in the King of Prussia, PA area.Each member of the development team should be able to demonstrate experience and competence in several of the following technical areas:Hands-on skill with web-based user interface design and implementation. This entails familiarity with HTML, XML, server-side vs. client-side scripting, and user experience (UX) optimization.Hands-on skill with application server platforms running Java. Oracle WebLogic is preferred but any server-based RDBMS is acceptable.Hands-on skill with relational database management systems. Oracle is preferred, particularly with respect to PL/SQL stored procedure coding, logical and physical schema design, referential integrity, attribute domain and range validation, system administration, and performance optimization.Familiarity with version control tools.Practical experience with systems architecture analysis and design with personal experience implementing cross-platform infrastructure.Practical experience creating, validating, and implementing visual models for systems and workflows. UML (functional and activity modeling) and IE (structural modeling) are preferred.Thorough understanding of floating point value truncation and rounding error, as well as the algorithms and data structures which mitigate the design risks.Previously has worked on Agile development teams.Required Skill:Java-J2EEPL/SQL DevelopmentJava Server faces (JSF) UI developmentJDeveloper IDEEnterprise Java Beans 3 (EJB3)WebLogic 10 or higherJava Persistence API (JPA) or HibernateXHTML/HTML5"
