Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist (Pharma and Clinical) Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ Duration: Full Time - Perm Responsibilities and Requirements The Service Delivery position owns the market share, gross margin generation and score card goals for the assigned client. The aim is to be a Top 3 supplier at the client and the Service Delivery Specialist (SDS/SDA) is accountable to deliver the goal. To deliver on the goals the SDS/SDA position will drive the recruiting efforts, the submittal process, client relationship, interview scheduling, interview coaching and on-boarding of Artech's consulting professionals. This position will require that individuals have excellent organization skills, keen eye for detail, willing to learn our dynamic process, excellent computer skills and the ability to develop valuable relationships with our customer accounts. Verbal and written communication skills are a must due to 95% of our communication being done over the phone and email. Artech considers this position to be a career opportunity and incumbent candidates will be required to take accountability and work the hours necessary to take care of our clients. Limited travel might be required up to 10%.
