Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Solution Architects and Sr. .Net Developers Toiya White posted a job: Solution Architects and Sr. .Net Developers "Solutions Architects •7-10+ years of experience in combination of enterprise architecture, systems integration based on SOA principles, web or portal application development, COTS solution implementation, and custom application development •4+ years of software delivery, specifically software design and development experience on .NET or JEE technologies (.NET strongly preferred) •3+ years of providing technical architecture, leadership and insight to development teams in multiple project settings •Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills; exceptional interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills •Ability to provide vision and leadership to a diverse organization and skill sets •Excellent self-learner with high aptitude to acquire and master new technology skills and able to mentor and develop technical experts and leaders Prior consulting experience is a must. .Sr. .Net Developers •5+ years of experience with and knowledge of web development process and architecture using .NET based technologies •3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 (or higher), C# 3.0 (or higher) and ASP.NET 3.0 (or higher) •Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming with a background in one of the following: C#, C++, Java •Strong knowledge of web technologies and standards, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML •Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and well honed SQL skills; ability to create relational data models (ER Diagrams) strongly desired •Accountable, with the ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion •Excellent time management skills with the ability to determine and set task and project priorities for self and team •Analytical approach to problem determination and solving Prior consulting experience is a must."
