We are in search of a Recruiter to identify, source and recruit professionals for direct and contract openings. Essential Job Responsibilities As a Recruiter for EnGn, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting projects in the software, I.T., or Engineering functions of our customers. You will be charged with managing and driving a four phase recruiting process that include the following responsibilities: Sourcing · Identify, assess, and present a sufficient number of qualified candidates to fill key client positions within an agreed upon project timeline · Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified professionals · Create and foster relationships with diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit professionals for open position(s) alumni and diversity candidates · Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates · Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies · Attend selective networking events related to the Technology Services practice to maintain knowledge of industry trends Tracking · Recruiter will track and maintain all candidate information and status using applicant tracking system · Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required Assessment · Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements · Interview and assess candidates through the use of behavioral, situational, or structured interviewing methodologies over the phone or in person · Provide a detailed and objective point of view on candidates skills match to the Account Manager for submittal Communication · Manage the scheduling and logistics of interviews between your candidates and hiring managers · Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position · Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates · Prepare candidates for interviews with specific client(s) by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job description, and expectation of the client · Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form · Consistently and proactively communicate status, state of client satisfaction and additional resource needs internally to Recruiting Manager ... http://bull.hn/l/ZXR8/5" | |||||
