If you are available and interested, or know someone else who may be looking, please contact me at Career@MicroAgility.com Title: Business Process Analyst No. of Openings: 1 Location: 50/50 between New York City/Miami Type: CONTRACT C2C, W-2 Rate: DOE (~$700-1,000 per day) Duration: 3 months with possible extension Job ID: 1301a-013BPA JOB DESCRIPTION The consultant is expected to analyze current processes and make recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to communicate effectively across business units, with IT departments, vendors and senior management. Business Process Analyst Responsibilities: -Review processes and systems - Identify inefficiencies and opportunities - Work with business units to identify requirements - Create specification documentation, workflows, and reports - Make recommendations and present findings to senior managements - Supports workflow design - Builds workflow processes and routing - Analyzes data to facilitate change management activities - Visually document process flows for external user group evaluation Business Process Analyst Requirements: - 3 + years experience in the Media Industry in business and process analysis - Bachelors degree, MBA preferred - Experience with business process outsourcing - Expert skills using MS Project and MS Office - Successful history producing high quality results and improving efficiency - Organized individual that strives in a challenging environment, inquisitive nature Preferred Skills - Preferably prior experience “big 4” or other management consulting company - Presentable and must be comfortable working with senior managers from the client side - Media & Entertainment (TV Network, Studio, and so on) experience - Possess excellent communication skills, written and presentation About MicroAgility: (Inc 500 honoree in 2008) MicroAgility is a business and technology consulting company.
