Please respond back with an updated resume and all inclusive rates to manoj@burgeonits.com Position: DATA modeler (Specialist) Location: Bloomington, IL Duration: 6-12 months Data Specialist, Analytic Data Designer needed for Associate/Agent, CART and C02707 related work. What business knowledge is needed? • Knowledge of Associate/Agent data and processing rules desired or knowledge of other enterprise data with the ability to learn Associate/Agent data. What technical skills are needed? • Data Design skills using data design tools. Defines, designs and documents conceptual and logical data models Develops clear definitions for data elements Develops worked examples to promote understanding of data changes Promotes consistent data naming standards (such as table columns, class attributes, etc.) across the enterprise Captures metadata for data elements Partners with business partners to ensure data needs are met and captured Utilizes design patterns to promote consistency and reuse across enterprise data stores Identifies opportunities to create design patterns • Provides input to business partners by acting as a point of contact on data and database issues Utilizes, promotes and aids in defining processes such as: o Data design standards, guidelines and quality controls Provides leadership and direction to others at the release or project level o Navigates and successfully leads any problem or project assignment to completion o Mentors other database specialists Works independently on complex assignments o Maintains solid relationships and strategic partnering skills with team members, business partners, and external associates o Applies a working knowledge of client Data Strategy to data design activities Serves as a change advocate, championing initiatives, efforts and ideas for Systems and the Enterprise • Other technical skills desired but not required: - Data base skills - Data Warehouse skills - SQL skills - ETL skills Please send to all vendors who have data design skills Manoj Kumar Burgeon IT Services LLC. 619 New York Avenue, Claymont, DE 19703 Phone No. : 302-220-4724, Fax : 302-355-1559 Email Id : manoj@burgeonits.com Website: www.burgeonits.com"
