Westhouse today ranks among the leading IT service providers operating on an international scale.                                         OUR CLIENT, a well-known and global acting Swiss company is currently seeking for his branch in Czech Republic a highly motivated and business oriented Cluster Network Manager (m/f) TASKS To manage the cluster network landscape to meet business expectations and to provide a high level of customer service. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Business Interaction Ensure the functionality, availability, and capacity of networks meets business needs. Support ISI SOx and other audit activities. Participate in business continuation and disaster recovery planning, documentation, and tests. Technical Responsibilities: Manage all the networks in the cluster remotely and locally as needed. WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DHCP/DNS/QIP, routers, switches, cabling Maintain overview of all networks, regularly analyze, and propose changes. Ensure all systems follow current configuration and security standards. Ensure the availability of backup lines where required. Perform regular testing. Perform patch management on devices where possible. Follow the incident, problem, and change management policies. Make sure all requests are logged in service desk application. Perform availability and capacity management utilizing standard monitoring tools. Compile availability, capacity, and security reports of networks as needed. Perform configuration management of all network devices. Support inventory activities. Produce and maintain documentation as needed. Lead/support country/cluster network projects. Support license compliance activities. Ensure all official instructions are implemented in a timely manner. Ensure all established group and cluster IT policies are being followed. Complete annual performance targets, objectives, and projects. People Management: Manage the network support team. Ensure coverage of support hours. Perform annual job description refresh, performance review, and goal setting. Perform quarterly premium award reviews and set goals for next quarter. REQUIREMENTS Higher education in IT from technical or business perspective and/or equivalent experience. 5+ years professional experience, 2+ years in management. English proficiency at B2 level (able to write technical documentation). Exposure to ITIL. Experience in providing network support in a Cisco environment. Understanding of business processes.
