Transport - Pickup and Drop Work Hours :6:30 pm -3:30 am EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Have a good understanding of the hiring manager’s business, including strategic direction, priorities, and goals Understand and be able to proposition and technology clearly to entice prospects to join the company Source and develop candidates through traditional methods- Job boards DICE Monster and creative means such as networking, Linked In, Internet searches, cold-calling based on name research, internal referrals, and so on. Worked on Volume clients/VMS clients like AT&T/VERIZON/Panasonic, Raythoen, PEPSICO etc) Manage and drive our search agencies for positions in which they are engaged Fulfill requirements for high priority Fulltime Global Delivery positions SKILLS Ability to develop close working relationships with all levels of management with a consultative approach. Ability to drive and influence hiring managers and search agencies Must be well versed with Tax terms,W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Personal characteristics that include integrity, a drive to achieve, flexibility, creativity Approach to work that is consultative, facilitative, and collaborative Discretion in handling confidential matters.
