Experience on MetricStream configuration, solution definition, development and deployment. . Conduct engagement kick-offs and perform application walkthroughs for customer's enterprise GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software engagements . Prepare for, lead and conduct solution requirements gathering sessions with customer business and technical SMEs . Document customer functional requirements and functional specifications . Contribute to application and solution definition activities . Work closely with offshore and onshore technical teams during design, development and implementation phases of the project . Conduct functional testing of the applications . Prepare training materials, train customers on the applications and support customers in user acceptance testing activities . Strong customer facing skills and ability to communicate with customer SMEs, stakeholders, colleagues and stakeholders within MetricStream . Manage customer expectations and maintain ongoing and regular communications thereby ensuring customer satisfaction . Maintain constant communications with customer and MetricStream project team members . Partner with and develop positive relationships with representatives from other company departments including Product Management, Engineering, Development and QA . Attain mastery over and become subject knowledge expert in two or more MetricStream GRC applications Required Skills . 1+ years of experience on MetricStream configuration, solution definition, design, development and deployment. . 6+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst for enterprise software application implementations . Knowledge of Vender Risk Management concepts . Domain expertise in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy and Utility, Life Sciences . Experience with Supply Chain, ERP or CRM applications . Experience working with onshore and offshore resources . Hands-on Consultant . Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies . Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills . Experience creating artifacts including functional requirements, functional specifications, solution definition documents . Experience estimating effort and scope for services . Must be willing to travel to Customers in the U.S. and abroad. 25% to 40% travel anticipated"
