"Job: Recruitment Consultant - Technology & Sales in Munich, Germany Job Title:          Recruitment Consultant Based:              Munich, Germany Contract:         Until November 2013 (possibility of extension)   Job role: This position is responsible for recruiting best in class talent for my client, a global software company at the “top of their game”. This is an opportunity for someone who is extremely ‘client focused’ with a strong ability to influence and collaborate with others to join an experienced and established team at a significant time of growth. Key Responsibilities   End to End recruitment process from opening requisitions in collaboration with hiring managers to sourcing qualified candidates to extending offers. The hiring of technical sales roles for inside sales, field sales, sales engineers and services roles Hire for corporate roles including finance, operations, marketing and HR Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to meet client needs Build candidate pool of diverse qualified candidates through creative and traditional sourcing methods Build strong relationships with business unit supported including knowledge of business and partnership with hiring managers to ensure qualified candidates are hired in a timely manner Work closely with recruiting associates to ensure positive applicant experience throughout the recruiting process Provide regular reporting to the internal staffing management team and to the business as needed   Qualifications   Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of five years of experience recruiting in a dynamic and diverse organization 5+ years direct recruiting experience in a high tech, fast paced recruiting environment Proven track record in researching and recruiting candidates for difficult-to-fill positions, nationally using extensive search techniques and methods Proficient with applicant tracking systems, Peopleclick preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work on many projects simultaneously Core competencies for the role include strong strategic, tactical, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, creative, and influencing skills Languages – German and English and additional European Languages advantageous     http://bull.hn/l/130UN/2"
