Oracle Apps Programmer Analyst in Raleigh, NC This opening requires a Functional/Technical (focus on Technical, 70/30) role specializing in Financials (AP, AR, GL, PO) modules on the Oracle Applications Team. The assignment is to act as Programmer to design, build, test, and document and provide deployment release within IT standards and support of SDLC. The project is for enhancements and implementation of integrations involving Oracle EBS. RESPONSIBILITIES - Developing R.I.C.E elements in the Oracle Apps Environment, using core development such as PL/SQL objects, Oracle Forms/Personalization, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflows and Oracle Alerts as well as Oracle BI Publisher - Experience in creating data in Oracle modules via Open Interfaces and/or APIs - Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL tuning - Application setup and configuration as required - Follow corporate documentation and SDLC practices - Perform unit tests to ensure business requirements have been satisfied QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree required - Must have 5+ years’ experience with Oracle EBS and Financials development, including a full Oracle Apps project life cycle experience - Experience in the following EBS Finance modules - AP, AR, GL, PO, etc. - Proficiency in documenting, designing, building, and troubleshooting complex integrations is required including secure transmission - Excellent problem solving abilities and strong customer focus - Familiarity with the design/build/deploy portions Oracle AIM methodology - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are required - Ability to communicate appropriately with both functional and technical experts, both written and verbal - Experience with custom Report, Interface, Conversions and Extensions (RICE) in Oracle EBS 11.5.10 environment - Strong SQL and PL/SQL tuning skills - Proficient in developing with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Personalization, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Alerts as well as Oracle BI Publisher - Experience with Oracle Business Events/Subscriptions a nice to have - Exposure to Unix/Linux scripting - Application setup and configuration as required - Demonstrated experience converting data from legacy systems into Oracle EBS, preferably Oracle Financials, using both Oracle Open Interfaces and APIs - Strong understanding of, and experience with, multi-org, multi-language and multi-currency installations - The ability to work well under pressure http://bull.hn/l/13165/5" | |||||
