System X Upgrade Engineers will have the following responsibilities: •Ensure switch is stable with no recent critical fault history •Ensure all major resources are in service •Contact ISOS and C&W monitoring agencies •Ensure switch performance. Check with TFC stats are visible and indicating good traffic handling. Ensure TFC make NIVR MPS test calls •Make billing test calls if necessary(ERA’s only) •For ERA sites check alarm reporting •Billing to check CDR’s if necessary. (ERA only) •Perform post upgrade audit •Accept new build.
