Unlike commission only arrangements this is a genuine opportunity to work from home with a basic salary, excellent commission and, above all, more freedom and flexibility. Working from home can be a great way to improve your quality of life. Many people find they are far more productive and, without the daily commute, have more time to themselves. We'll supply everything you need including laptop, broadband, telephone, recruitment software, job boards and a solid database of candidates. What's the catch? There isn't one! We just need you to be a proven IT recruiter (contract or perm). Of course there are targets to be met, so you will need the motivation to succeed and the desire to take control and responsibility for your working day. We mostly work on embedded, Java, iOS and Android roles so some experience in any of these would be useful. Office based positions (in Kidderminster) are also available if preferred.
