Are you energetic, self-motivated and capable of developing long-term business relationships? If so, we’d like to talk with you! Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain strong business relationships with clients through cold-calling, networking, referrals and in person visits. • Continually identify new opportunities to build and expand your book of business. • Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and high energy levels to meet or exceed activity standards. • Develop an understanding of the clients’ business and hiring needs and communicate these to Recruiting team. • Understand and utilize Whitridge Associates internal client tracking system. Requirements • 1 to 3 years experience in Sales within the staffing industry with a proven track record of high achievement is preferred, willing to train quality entry level candidates. • Must have a “hunter” mentality for generating business.. • Must be exceptional at building relationships. • Must have good time-management skills with strong ability to multi-task. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Whitridge Associates provides a base salary and an unlimited commission plan.
