Are you energetic, self-motivated and capable of developing long-term business relationships? If so, we’d like to talk with you! Key Responsibilities: • Develop strong relationships with candidates through consistent communication, networking, and referrals. • Continually identify new candidates to build and expand your network. • Demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and high energy levels to meet or exceed activity metrics. • Qualify candidates for quality, availability and fit for current and anticipated job openings. • Effectively negotiate candidate compensation. • Understand and utilize Whitridge Associates internal candidate tracking system. Requirements • 1 to 3 years experience as a Recruiter in the staffing industry with a proven track record of high achievement is preferred, willing to train quality entry level candidates. • Must be ethical and professional in your approach to business. • Must be exceptional at building relationships. • Must have good time-management skills with the ability to multi-task. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Whitridge Associates provides a base salary and an unlimited commission plan.
