Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Looking for Senior Voice Engineer for a permanent position with our client in Princeton, New Jersey Bhavesh Adani posted a job: Looking for Senior Voice Engineer for a permanent position with our client in Princeton, New Jersey "Experience • Minimum 7 years networking / voice engineering experience. • Proven experience and success with voice over LAN, WAN and QOS design and implementation. • Proven experience with network/voice capacity planning, network security principles, and general voice infrastructure management best practices. • Excellent knowledge of voice protocols like SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP and other signaling protocols. • Working technical knowledge of current voice hardware, protocols, and Internet standards, including SIP, SRST, MPLS, VPN, IPSEC, WAN Acceleration/Optimization. • Experience with CUCM with extensive knowledge of Dial Plans, Call Features, Media Resources, Applications, Disaster Recovery, SRST. • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives. • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required. • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. • Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Strong customer service orientation. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment."
