Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Hi We are looking for Data Warehouse ETL Architect @ White Plains, NY , pl.. share the profile to r6@e-zencomp.com EZEN HR Manager posted a job: Hi We are looking for Data Warehouse ETL Architect @ White Plains, NY , pl.. share the profile to r6@e-zencomp.com "Location: White Plains, NY Job Title: Data Warehouse ETL Architect Client : Healthcare Client Rate: open Prefer Citizens / Green Card holders JOB DESCRIPTION The Data Warehouse ETL Architect guides the processes for data designs transitioning into one or more physical databases from start to completion; Monitors the data flow through the successive stages and addresses issues in data migration (validation, clean up and mapping). Essential Functions: • Designs Data Architectures. • Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database . • Designs and builds ETL process for client implementation and support of major databases and metadata structures. • Keeps ETL / Data Architecture Manager informed of day to day project statuses. • Stays abreast in BI and DW field for new techniques and functionality as they pertain to solutions. • Assists other teams and peers with projects/efforts as needed. EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field • Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) certification preferred QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 6-8 years of Informatica ETL or relevant experience in related field • Experience in a care management or health insurer setting required • Data Warehouse Methodology and Technology experience required • Strong knowledge of Data Quality tools – Informatica Data Quality and Data Profiler required. • Strong knowledge of Healthcare industry strongly preferred. • Has a thorough understanding of Data Migration (Validation, Clean-up and Mapping); understands the importance of Data Dictionaries. • Ability to see how a logical design will translate into one or more physical Databases, and how the Data will flow through the successive Stages involved. • Ability to effectively use Data Modeling tool – Erwin. • Ability to use Data Quality and Profiling tools. • Ability to drive technical review sessions, business requirements and prioritization. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong critical thinking skills. • Ability to effectively collaborate with IT and other Business Intelligence staff. • Ability to adhere to all PM best practices which include the SDLC set forth for the BIC department. This includes adhering to all design and performance standards for system Quality and Correctness."
