"Salary: 8 ~ 13 million yen/year Job Description Position: Sales Account Executive Reports: Report to – Managing Director, Japan. Location: Tokyo About the company: American company. A global provider of software solutions that offers service lifecycle management, customer management, service management and asset management, logistics and mobile workforce management and optimization software. With their software solutions they are helping over 600 companies achieve an excellent service level. Because of continued growth we are currently hiring for Sales Account Executive role I our Tokyo, Japan office. Position Summary: To lead, develop and execute strategic sales campaigns that proactively leverage solution footprint while simultaneously developing a defendable ROI and TCO. This position requires someone with keep prospecting and solution selling attributes, an ability to work in concert with the internal sales and service organizations, and an ability to orchestrate sales campaigns that present the right people with the right skills at the right time. Additionally, the Account Executive will serve as the focal point for negotiations and to act in a sales leadership capacity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify markets and specific customer opportunities to launch strategic sales campaigns. Interface with sales, services, development and alliances management to craft the best value proposition. Document results and activities that could be used again by the general sales organization as a potential template/process for success. Identify customer opportunities that could open new doors. Assist the presales technical staff in directing technical presentations that logically link to business value Create sales tools where necessary to help qualify and quantify business opportunities in specific market segments Effectively bridge business development strategies to sales execution through processes and direct assistance to sales team. Achieve direct revenue goals Travel approximately 20% Qualifications: Successful experience at new account development or large account management Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented Someone who thrives in thinking “outside the box” Understands the definition of “good business” An ability to gain corporation at all organizational levels An ability to effectively work at multiple levels of an organization Ten-plus years of enterprise sales experience General understanding of the CRM market space Major account orientation Vertical market a plus Proven prospecting and complex sales cycle management skills Proven ability to develop a value proposition at all levels of the prospect value chain Ability to work collaboratively internally Bachelor’s Degree Schedule: Full time / 正社員 ※年収はあくまで参考情報です。ご経験/スキルおよび前職での年収に基づき決定いたし ます。 ※For further information, please contact Jan (jan@visionconsulting.jp) or call 03-5765-2626."
