"Sales and Marketing Manager- UK (Telecoms, Marketing activities, Sales Targets, UK, Perm) An experienced Sales and Marketing Manager is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a permanent basis. You will be based in Dublin. Job Description: Lead and manage all elements of the relationship with key customers and to implement strong local Marketing activities to meet local Sales Targets. Key Responsibilities: ● Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with identified/allocated accounts. ● Co-ordinate the training activities for new product launches ● Sell in and sell through devices into carefully selected channels, meeting and exceeding sales targets. ● Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management, technical & marketing to ensure the smooth implementation of requirements with the product solutions. ● Work with the Device Marketing Manager to support new product launch plans including PR, TTL activities, seeding samples, training etc... ● Obtain competitor information and market insight ● Entertain customers outside of normal working hours to establish closer relationships with key individuals within your account Key Performance Measures: ● KPI targets set by UK & IRL Device Department, to include sales revenue. ● Customer Relationship Plan with specific plans for key customer stakeholders ● Monthly/annual business plan updates and account review analysis (e.g. sell In/Sell Out) ● Create & Update Monthly Marketing Plan by account as per the team template including details of products ranged, customer ranging process, sell in plans, sell out reports, CRM and short, medium, long term actions. ● Create sell-in Decks and have ready for each agreed product ● Sell-out report to be provided weekly to business. ● Undertake sales, marketing, commercial and competitive analysis, on a weekly basis and share results / insights with the UK Terminals team (and across our client when necessary). Use the information to continuously grow the Sales potential with customer. Qualifications: Competency ● Strong relationship skills to leverage sales opportunities ● Ability to harvest a variety of skills and cultural backgrounds – non confrontational ● Possess excellent collaboration skills across a wide variety of internal departments (product management, finance, supply chain, R&D, marketing…) ● Requirement to travel overseas as required ● Flexibility on working hours required Professional Knowledge & Experience ● Proven success in Sales and Marketing experience within the Handset/Mobile/IT industry ● Minimum 5 years experience in account management or higher level Education ● Degree educated, preferably in a business /marketing discipline Computer/Language Skills ● Sound oral and written communication and interpersonal skills ● Excellent presentation skills and confidence to present to large customer audiences ● Excel & PowerPoint skills essential If you are interested, available and have the appropriate skills and experiences for the above position, please forward your updated resume in a word document to Jason sales@manningglobal.com with the following reference LIJV/SMM-4214 or call +385 1 638 7404 for further information."
