Responsibilities: Based on customer requirement and internal capability, to design service solution, service offer and to negotiation with customer about service terms independently. Take E2E responsibility for a middle/small size service contract, including opportunities and leads management, solution and offer design, contract negotiation and service contract management. Take part responsibility for a large service project or a combined project(solution& service). Build connection and keep relationship with customer relevant department. Take care customer satisfaction about service contract. Responsible for service sale management, as bridge between solution sale department and service department. Cooperate with account team, delivery and service team, product solution team. Qualifications: 5 ~ 10 years experience in telecom software area Experience with major BSS/VAS/IN vendors and SIs Deep understanding about service solution, including delivery, managed service , customer support service, system integration. Hands-on experience of contract negotiation.
