"Senior BSS Business Consultant - UK An experienced Senior BSS Business Consultant is needed for one of our clients, a leading International Telecommunications Company based in the UK, on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Support account teams to seek out, identify and develop business leads in west European Union region. Collect and analyze marketing information. Support customer facing marketing activities to enhance customer relationship. Act as a consultant to carrier for feasibility study, via collecting, analyzing carrier’s requirement and providing relative business case, process impact and technical solution. Work on Business Design and Processes at the beginning of Delivery projects to reflect the Business Changes that have been discussed during (pre-) Sales period into Business Architecture, Business Process Organization and Target Organizational Model documents. Assist Delivery projects during Implementation phase with topics related to Process and Organization Change. Accomplish annual sales target as technical solution leader from lead to contracting. Responsible for solution proposal, review, clarification, contract negotiation, etc. Support sales strategy and pipeline management Act as a bridge between R&D and sales regions to contribute product roadmap management Qualifications: 5 ~ 10 years experience in telecom BSS area (hands-on experience preferred) Good business relationship with telecom industry consultant, analyst institute is prior and prefer Working experience with major BSS vendors and SIs Familiar with Telco BSS/OSS architecture.
