Group: IT Recruiters Jazmin Koll has started a discussion: Trainee IT Recruiters required "Trainee Consultant The Company: Vertex Solutions is a highly ambitious IT / Technical recruitment consultancy based in Hertfordshire. We are undertaking significant growth to achieve our ambition of becoming the market leader in our sector across mainland Europe. Role Description: An entry level position to the sales floor. Requires fundamental drive and determination as well as a desire to be in a sales / consultative position. There are no pre-requisites to entry and Vertex will select candidates on potential and talent. Trainee consultants are given a combination of our internal 19 module training program supplemented with 4 external training modules. We expect trainee’s to “graduate” within a 6 to 9 month period although this is by no means a limit. Candidates will be constantly assessed for promotion. Trainee’s will be assigned a vertical market to address, will be placed under a team leader and will have an internal mentor. Prepared to work long hours in order to increase capabilities. Able to research and absorb market knowledge. Able to present knowledge to the group. Receptive to training and development. Team player. Charismatic and a strong influencer. Duties and Responsibilities: Generation of candidates – passive and active in line with KPI’s Achieve a minimum of 2hrs outbound call time. Generation of leads for new business through candidate communication. Initial approach to new business opportunities. Matching candidates to vacancies and achieving interviews in line with KPI expectations. Researching and building market knowledge. Preparation and consultancy on CV presentation. Candidate pre and de brief further to interview"
