We are looking for experienced recruiters and, unlike commission only schemes, we offer a basic salary up to 30k plus excellent commission. You will need the motivation and drive to take responsibility for your own work but, for the right person, working from home can offer excellent benefits and a better quality of life. We focus mainly on IT and Technical roles, but would consider recruiters from other sectors too. More important is a proven track record and solid billing history in either permanent or contract recruitment. You will work on all aspects of the recruitment process including business development, candidate sourcing, arranging interviews etc, but we will supply everything you need for a home office including laptop, printer, landline and mobile phone, broadband and access to recruitment software, job boards and a database of qualified candidates.
