The candidate shall report to two senior executive positions. CATEGORY ONE Writing Skills: The Contractor shall provide evidence of the proficient ability to write documents, and prepare presentations for use at the local departmental level and also at the senior executive hospital and NIH level. CATEGORY TWO Program Development: The Contractor shall provide different types of assignments such as, but not limited to: developing an orientation and training materials or manual and competencies ranging from GS 9 to 13 level positions. CATEGORY THREE Project Management/Group Process Skills: The Contractor shall have project management/ group process skills. CATEGORY FOUR The Contractor shall be able to work under a Matrix Model (reporting simultaneously to two (2) senior executives. The services required involve prolonged periods of up to 40 hours/week of detailed computer work with a variety of software programs, including MSWORD, Acrobat, MS Excel, MS ACCESS, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. The work also requires working with the Chief, Office of Space and Facility Management, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, small work groups, and project teams.
