This role requires working with the various Business Units and understanding their offerings and being able to work in a Consultant capacity to clients and being able to provide the right solutions. Required Experience: • 8 + years on Performance Testing Tools (Load Runner / Silk Performer) with good exposure to Http, Https, Oracle NCA, RTE, Seibel, RDP Protocols etc) and monitoring and Diagnostics tools • Deep understanding of performance test principles, processes and implementations • Design Performance test scenarios in Performance Centre for executing load test - Peak, Endurance and Stress Tests • Good experience in Analyzing performance bottlenecks and making appropriate recommendations • Good experience in Capacity Planning and Infrastructure assessment • Familiar with Technologies like Oracle RAC, Clustering and Load balancing (High Availability), Oracle Weblogic Server and Oracle Enterprise Manager • Excellent communication skills is a must.
