"Vendor Relationship Management • Act as key point of contact between Sterling and Key Applicant Tracking Vendors for building relationship technical capabilities, strengthening strategic partnerships and troubleshooting issues between active and potential integrations • Establish standards for workflow, demonstration capabilities, functionality and deployment expectations • Liaise with sales from Sterling and vendor organizations to find sales and integration opportunities • Coordinate with vendors on productivity / efficiency improvements between systems • Creating and maintaining our vendor library Integrations Management • Map business requirements to technology capabilities, identifying gaps, omissions, and process optimizations to design end-to-end integration solutions • Act as key point of contact within IDG for the Sterling’s Sales teams to document and present capabilities by vendor • Working with internal IT partners to establish and expand integration capabilities and remove constraints at a vendor by vendor level • Utilize project management skills to manage costs, organize schedules, and coordinate technical aspects of integration project • IDG Team Lead Trainer with respect to ATS technical capabilities and limitations for internal Q and A • Work with counterparts in the Client Services/Account Management groups to coordinate integrations process into overall generic implementation schedules • Effectively act Sterling’s technical advocate in meetings and calls with all ATS Partners • Provide expertise and guidance to integrations team on the overall business data architecture as it relates to IT Product Development and Business Analysis • Participate in the development of new vendor partnerships from concept development, through system demonstration, and into production. • Identify the cost of the overall program to bring it to market, the schedule of the development process, and the performance of the item once in production. • Understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management practices and the ability to apply them • Assist in bridging the communication gap and significantly reduce the information barrier • Effectively collaborate with subject matter experts in different fulfillment departments • Ability to understand and execute linkage from activities to performance measures.
