SUMMARY Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as directed for the OLED product line. Oversee and develop OEM partners and relationships with major OEM’s and the specification community. Act as the key NA leader (voice) to evangelize company OLED technology and applications throughout North America. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Deploy the OLED message in the US market Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as a division. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company. Summarize the needs of the markets and translate into business opportunities, business plans. Initiate and sell first design-ins, projects and products. Identify channels (Specifier, architect, and design), partners and OEM customers. Direct implementation activities inclusive of education and training of colleagues, customers and employees. Promote the company through written articles and personal appearances at conferences and related media. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 10-12 years of progressive lighting, technical expertise, strategic business development, sales, marketing and management experience. Demonstrated experience in seating new technology including product definition and market adoption. Strong experience in business development inclusive of strategic alliances with national exposure. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, MBA preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience and structured to attract the right candidate inclusive of relocation.
