"Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and execute a proactive, innovative and dynamic Sales (and Marketing) business plan for the assigned territory, EMEA • Overall responsibility for sales, gross margin, expenses and EBITDA for EMEA • Campaigns - promote and develop tactics and activities for all programmes in the territory • Develop and implement sales strategies and forecasting for all countries in the region • Develop and implement training programs, along Human Resources, for the development of our staff in the region • Identify potential acquisitions to enhance the product portfolio • Identify and develop partnerships and new distribution channels for the region • Partner with the Business Development group to identify new alliances and adjacent market • Develop and implement organizational structure that drives sustainable product business growth across territory • Recruit and retain additional talent including sales reps as required to complement the existing sales force and increase sales coverage across the territory. As needed recruit mentor and manage sales team • Manage and develop broader relationships with existing partners, agents and resellers in the territory • Identify, build and maintain exceptional business relationships with key public and private sector educational stakeholders. • Identify, build, and manage long term relationships with strategic partners in the industry. • Develop go-to-market propositions for the sales rep. Including un-solicited template proposal. • Initiate and complete proposals, presentations, terms and conditions, negotiations and execution for the acquisition of opportunities. Responding to tenders from MoE, Schools, Language Centres, and Associations etc. • Promote pre and post sales product adoption. • Effectively develop and deliver outstanding presentations. • Work with the senior management team to identify and evaluate new markets for existing services, and other development and marketing partnership opportunities. • The position will require significant travel. • Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience: Essential • In-depth knowledge of ELT/ education software/ education publishing. • Must be a self-starter and ability to work in an International team environment. Someone who works well independently and as a team player, and will be seen as a leader by others in the organisation • Excellent Financial Modelling and analysis skills including managing a CRM pipeline (via sfdc) and provide timely reporting • 7-10 years in business development, sales and marketing • Proven sales leadership and management expertise • Ability to identify long term and sustainable growth strategies • Strong in proposition development, proposal preparation • Polished negotiation skills and experience with complex contract review and agreement • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication and presentation skills • Experience in selling and developing relationships at an executive level • A driven, hard working and creative thinker who will act on market requirements"
