"Overview: We are seeking a VP, World Wide Human Resources to join our growing HR team. In this position you will be responsible for providing HR support/services to our regional offices. Responsibilities include: · Support and advance the company’s culture through human resource operations to include staffing, performance management, and training and development · Provide Human Resources support to office associates and contract resources (independent contractors, program directors, and trip leaders) in multiple international locations (regional offices). · Provide information and direction on HR policies and practices, compensation, benefits, staffing, and training through regular interface with Worldwide Business Operations (WWBO), regional management, and People & Culture staff. · Collect and evaluate data on statutory requirements in each international location to ensure full compliance of internal policies, practices, and personnel files · Evaluate regional compensation and benefit packages to identify external and/or internal equity issues and work with Director of Worldwide Compensation & Benefits to rectify. · Identify home office’s policies and practices suitable for export and institute standard operating procedures in all regions, e.g., standard recruitment strategies, on-boarding, disciplinary procedures, etc. · Train/coach regional management on HR policies & procedures, associate relations, and organizational effectiveness. · Work closely with management to identify and address workplace behavior issues to address morale, retention and productivity. · Coach/advise management on compliance requirements for processing of terminations; conduct exit interviews, share with management and develop recommendations based on feedback. · Manage Performance Management Program by coordinating performance review process to ensure 100% completion and quality of evaluations and performance development plans. · Coordinate regional Merit/Incentive programs and Report Card. · Champion the company culture and values by participating in the screening, on-boarding and training of candidates. Develop tools for management to ensure adherence to company values. · Ensure accurate and complete employment files and integrity of regional data in HR database (UltiPro). · Provide reports for information verification and decision support purposes. Requirements · Demonstration of company values, particularly open and courageous communication and risk taking · 10-15 years of job related experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing an international Human Resources function · Bachelor’s Degree required. GPHR certification preferred · Working knowledge of international labor law for multiple international locations outside the US · Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes · Strong analytical skills · Able to think global, act local · Proven effectiveness communicating across cultures · Willingness to travel a must · Proficiency in a foreign language and/or experience living and traveling abroad a plus send resume to hblackledge@comcast.net"
