The vision for DSN Productization states that we are Supply Chain leaders to deliver perfect products. For this we are seeking an individual who can be part of making this vision a reality. We are achieving this by Evidence Driven Solution Productization, Supply Chain Leadership, Value Based Prioritization and Passionate Community. Position Description: The ideal is a dynamic leader who will play a critical role in DSN Productization in APAC region. The candidate will ensure efficient Productization and high quality product delivery. To succeed in this role you will manage, cooperate with, or otherwise influence various groups and cross functional teams within and outside DSNM network to influence direction for the following areas and functions: • Responsible and accountable for deploying E2E supply chain to Smart Devices portfolio in APAC • Collaboration with R&D, Sourcing, Quality, Care, Factories, GTM and Availability Management • Responsible and accountable for Beijing DSN P team performance • Understanding of E2E for DSN performance • Driving and implementing DSN Productization KPI improvements to Smart Devices portfolio Qualification • 8-10 years of work-related experience required • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking • Strong product, process and technological skills • Business case process knowledge • Strong management skills required, including ability to direct and actively participate in multiple programs • Strong, proven leadership qualities and abilities - Able to lead multi-culture team • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral communications required • Masters degree in Engineering, post graduate studies a plus • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions to difficult problems • As a person you are highly motivated, active and self-driven. You are willing to take responsibility and excel in developing perfect DSN for Our company products." |
