Duties • Implements the best practices, including the lab testing procedure and conditions • Updates the cementing manual with the best practices • Follows up with the implementation and reporting of the KPI • Assists the CESL to prepare annual cementing budget and monitor expenditure • Assists the implementation of the cementing contracts"
