Knowledge of Organizational Project Management Maturity Models like VAP. OPM3, and/or IPMA Structured Model is desirable. • Experience in coordination/support work of Intra-divisional Task forces, Special Interest Groups, Projectized Matrix organizations, Presentation and Report writing skills are desirable. • Experience with management, configuration and support of Computerized Project Management Tools like Ms-Project Server, Primavera Systems and Project Intranet is required. Duties • Prepares cost estimates in all classes for new capital/development projects and maintenance/modification works engineered and/or managed by Engineering Division in order to provide appropriate budget. • Controls cost to ensure adherence to budget estimates and provide early warning for commitment and potential cost variations. • Prepares cost control reports and adjusts phasing of expenditure. • Evaluates variations to contracts and provides cost forecast services to other operating/technical Divisions. • Prepares cost engineering studies, project life cycle costing and cost estimate risk analysis."
