This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting a comprehensive program for all communications, specifically the public information on all aspects of public and subsidized housing, creating a proactive stance. Must provide various related services, i.e. annual reports, internal publications, online communications, audio-visual presentations and events management. Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public administration, management, business or related field from an accredited four-year college or university; and a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in public relations and/or communications management, with at least 2 years experience in a management capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
