It is a Long Term Contract.Role : Web DeveloperLocation : Madison,WIDuration : Long Term Contract.Responsibilities:Develop wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards and prototypes to effectively communicate UX requirements, design features and functionality.Create graphical Photoshop mock-ups, ensuring compliance with existing design style guides/rules.Prepare designs for templates and themes in accordance to production and development standards.Work with multiple product owners and development teams to bring new designs, features and products to market.Ability to design compelling user experiences across multiple form factors - mobile, tablet, and desktop.Comfortable working with culturally diverse remote teams.Required Skills:Minimum 5 years experience developing websites and/or applications through their entire lifecycle with the ability to show your work.High working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver or other software, Acrobat, PowerPoint or Keynote, Word, and Excel.Knowledge working with a wireframe tools. Knowledge of Axure a plus.Ability to work comfortably in HTML (4, 5) and CSS (2,3). Javascript and JQuery a plus.Advanced knowledge and skills in visual design, information architecture, user interface design, and web usability principles.Strong production design experience preferred.Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and creativity.Must have very strong written and oral communication skills to communicate status projects and issues to peers, upper levels of management and executives.Must be a forward thinking designer with a strong understanding, and eye for, usability.Must be comfortable working on both the MAC and PC.Ability to manage and execute various forms of usability testing, such as contextual inquiries, in-person user testing and remote user testing.Knowledge of various forms of usability testing hardware and software a plus.Knowledge of Agile software development and Team Foundation Server a plus.If you are available and interested in this positions.
