Group: IT Recruiters Bhaskarreddy .A has started a discussion: webdeveloper with mobile exp@NYC(F2F) "skills: This position is for a Senior Web Developer for anew Web and Mobile experience for presenting a variety of News and Opinion and market data . The preferred implementation language is Python, although a systems oriented web programmer in another language will be considered. The position is for Back End processing including data feed processing, core API design and tuning, test and support. The API is defined as an abstraction layer sitting above a Mongo DB and other data sources to provide content to the web and mobile applications for Reuters Next. Work with Tech writer to document design. Interact with Jira, Basecamp, and Git to progress product requirements for the Next Web site. Follow a standard practice of review and deployment into the appropriate environment (Dev, Alpha, Beta, Production) for review, test, and finally production.
