DESCRIPTION: Required Skills: The bank’s Risk Management, HR and Legal Portfolio is looking for an efficient, result-oriented and highly motivated Team Lead with good experience in Business Analysis (Financial Risk Management domain) and Project coordination, Management. • Minimum 7 years of overall work experience. • Minimum 4-5 years experience working as a Business Analyst preferably in the Financial Risk Management domain (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Fixed Income, financial Accounting ) • Prior experience leading / managing iterative and agile projects. • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects. • Good Analytical skills • Strong understanding of SDLC processes (Classical and Agile) and Project Management principles • Ability to analyze and understand the business processes and requirements • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to coordinate and interface with multiple business units and technology groups • Highly motivated and Result-oriented Desired Skills: • Project management professional certification (PMP). • Certification in Financial Risk Management If you are available and interested in this positions.
