His/Her role consists in setting-up, maintaining and supporting the environment in a way adapted to the business needs and constraints. The Engineer is specialized in standard, non-standard and complex analysis thanks to his/her advanced and up-to-date technical skills. He/she will play a role in the incident, problem, configuration, change and release management processes. Required Profile and skills  Profile ; Education: A1 / Industrial Engineer or equivalent by experience Experience : Minimum 7 year relevant experience in a similar job is required. o Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2003/2008/2012) and Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Network services, Failover clustering ) is required. o Excellent knowledge of Exchange server (2007/2010/2012) o Good knowledge of Virtualization (VMWare,, Windows HyperV, Citirix) o Knowledge of the following is an asset  Blackberry server, Lync and MDM solutions(MobileIron, Airwatch)  Microsoft System Center solutions .  scripting tools/languages (Powershell, VBScript, Kixtart, …) and software scripting packages o Microsoft certification is a plus Languages: Dutch/French/English Skills : o Stress resistant o Willing to learn new technologies and products o Team-worker, but able to work independently o Customer service and operations oriented o Strong fault diagnostics and analytical skills o Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills o Able to work in a structured approach following procedural guidelines o Willing to participate in a guard system o Driving license required More info? jobs@nxt-it.biz reference nr 1453"
