OUR CLIENT an important technology company is looking for his branch in Bratislava, Slovakia for: Business Data Analyst / Data Specialist (BMT - Business Metrics Tool) TASKS This role is responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analysing these requirements from a business perspective. He / she defines current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and works with the client, the BMT Solution Designer and the I/T Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements into I/T solution requirements. Specific: Define business solutions in the area of product/organizational data and support data requests regardingproduct/organization/headcount information. Define business solutions in the area of customer satisfaction and support data requests from and to the ww customer satisfaction tool for MTS. Definition of extension and/or changes to the existing BMT datamart based on business requirements and changes in the operational systems providing product data, organizational information and customer satisfaction data. Test of defined datamart changes and hand over to lifecycle.
