Profile (technical knowledges, experience) Technical knowledge :  IT background to understand ‘IT’ language  Requirements Management including functional and non functional requirements specification, approval, baselining, tracking and implementation  Business domain modelling Business knowledge  Financial risk analysis and reportings in the Banking and the Insurance sectors  Be able to understand and communicate with project stakeholders and business experts Analytical knowledge  Be able to work in the conceptual level  Be able to assess current business architecture, undertake gap analysis, analyse system interfaces, define and justify solutions for the 'TO BE' situation  Structured approach to identify the business needs and the business solutions  Process oriented Communication and planning  Be able to communicate, negotiate a change on a project  Be able to plan the tasks and activities for Business Analysis (basic knowledge in project management)  Team player Experiences  At least 3 years experience in requirements management (functional and non functional)  Preferably with formal certification in business analysis Mission / function description The mission involves  working in the inception and elaboration of an integrated and modular system which supports the risk-based approach for the banking sector and the Insurance sector, with flexible analysis tools;  working in the implementation of the new reportings CRD4 and Solvency2;  elicit the requirements (functional and non functional) with the business experts, analyse system interfaces, assess the current capabilities and processes, define the 'TO BE' situation, implement the change; o participate to the whole project lifecycle, from inception to the User Test Acceptance and the Go Live of the new system using the existing SDLC methodology.
