Profile (technical knowledges, experience) General profile ü Diplomatic, organizer, planner, communication skills (both orally and in writing) ü Team player ü Result-oriented ü Process oriented Specific profile ü Knowledge of  program management processes: the PMI Standard for Program Management or equivalent: MSP methodology (Managing Successful Programmes)  project management processes – and PMBoK in particular – preferably with formal certification Experience ü At least 4 years' experience in PMO processes and activities ü Relevant PMO experience of at least 2 (relevant) projects and/or 2 programs in the Financial Sector ü Business requirements specification knowledge (advantage) Mission / function description The mission consists of supporting the setting up of the business program management office of the Program 'PRIME'. This program aims to build an harmonised and integrated system for the prudential supervision of the Banking and Insurance sector.
