Job Description: Candidate is required to have daily hands on working installation, configuration and scripting/programming of the following Avaya Contact Center Applications. Avaya ACD Elite, Avaya Interaction Center Multi Media Server, Avaya Application Enablement Server, Avaya Dialog Designer, Avaya Voice Portal IVR, Avaya Proactive Dialer, and Avaya CMS/CM Call Vector Routing. Candidate will be going through a technical phone interview. If the candidate passes phone interview, a onsite interview will be scheduled where the candidate will be place in front of computer with login access to all the above applications and be required to configure and program mock vectors, IC workflows, create Agent profiles in IC, Schedule and Kickoff Call Campaigns etc. Please make sure that any candidate you send for this position fits this description."
