Reply to satyanarayana.dowluri@adecco.co.in Designation: German Translator Location: Kolkata Required Experience 0-3yrs   Client: Accenture CMMI LeveL5 company Name of Function: Service Desk Consultant Job Family: Technical Services/Services Mission of Function: The role covers understanding the customer problem, identifying a correct solution within the defined timelines and reverting to the customers with the possible solutions. Excellent German Language Skills (C1 level or equivalent).   Functions: i. customer contact within the targeted SLA ii. Identifying of right equipment depending on the customer fault description and troubleshoot iii. Documentation of all necessary information in ticketing tool iv. Monitoring the open tickets and successful closure of them once being resolved. v. Follow all processes as per SOHB     Required:   Language skills: Assigned foreign language:  Academic (dialect-free) and fluent command over German language in all four areas (listening, reading, writing, speaking). C1 level expected Preferred : Basic Networking knowledge related to PABX Switch, IP etc. Degree/Diploma in Computers with Networking as a subject (Engineering College, Polytechnique, NIIT or any reputed institute). Certification of MCSE/CCNA/BE preferred.   Essential : Excellent German Language Skills (Verbal & written). Understanding of projects desirable.
