"Manning Global Group is looking for a Project Director for a Permanent Position for a prestigious International Telecommunication company based in Ireland. The main responsibilities have included Responsible for E2E programme delivery, including overall programme management, project deployment, operation business or both. Delivering the scope of the project as per contract including the customer expectations set during the RFQ engagement. Setting and cost effectively managing project budget and headcount based on the agreement with management board. Managing an culturally integrated project team, responsible for making PBCs (Personal Business Commitment) for key project team members and reviewing their performance on half-yearly basis in a matrix environment. Forecasting, communicating and reporting of all relevant measures e.g. overall plans and progress, health & Safety, quality, cost and customer satisfaction status. Establishing and managing customer relationships at all levels to ensure key customer representatives have a positive perception, values and record on delivery, both in terms of achievement and approach. Setting and managing customer expectations to ensure contractually delivery of the project and become an established and trusted “partner”. Meeting with customer representatives in accordance Project Governance process to ensure productive and understanding relationships on all relevant matters. Reporting directly to customer CXO level externally and project sponsor and country management board internally.
