"Now Hiring: IT Manager permanent position in Miami, FL in Miami, FL Strong knowledge and proven field experience in both IT infrastructure and Business Applications.  A 10-15 years’work experience required   Specific Experience and Capabilities required: Proven experience managing IT projects ( development and implementation) Strong resource planning abilities  Experience implementing ERP projects, no specific platform required. People management skills- very important since the org structure of the department will have different locations. If the candidate has experience in IT of any commodities industry it would be a huge plus, but this is very, very rare to find.  So the skills set and previous relevant experience is the most important. Current Org structure of the IT department: The IT Director reports directly to the CFO.  2 Department Heads report to the IT Director, the infrastructure coordinator and the user support coordinator, both based in Nicaragua.  Under those two Dept. heads are 09 Staff.   The IT Dept. serves 6 offices in different countries. A Master’s Degree in Management, Projects, or Related field is preferred.
