"Contract Duration: 6 months to start US local hires Core Tasks include: • Elicit and evaluate requirements. • Responsible for documenting, developing and finalizing business and functional requirements. • Review, analyzes, and evaluates user and information needs. • Responsible for consulting with IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities and planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. • Responsible for documenting requirements and functional architecture. • Involved in testing, training and implementation of applications/solutions. • Identifying alternative(s) in context of business opportunity and business processes. • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers. • Highly motivated and a self-starter. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a diverse team. Ability to manage or work on multiple projects and tasks at one time. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and work independently while producing quality work. Flexible and adaptable when priorities shift due to changing situations. Option #1 - High level of written and oral communication Responsible for a liaison role between the business and the providers of IT services to ensure functional specs Analyzes issues to be solved within an enterprise and helps provide solutions to meet the desired business outcomes through the use of IT Understands and documents business requirements and user requirements to ensure system designs meets business needs. Ensures knowledge transfer to the support organization occurs prior to system go-live. Develops and/or update documentation and training materials. Ensures IT and SOX compliance is covered. Documents, functional requirements that describe the system, process, or product to fulfill the business requirements. Managing stakeholders for consensus on deliverables, timelines, and priorities. Option #2 - Basic work • Consult to IT and business partner on applying technology to business opportunities and planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. • Collaborates with customers, gathering and modeling business requirement/data, business processes, and other business rules in order to ensure alternatives have been carefully considered and that the chosen solution meets business objectives. • Apply Application Lifecycle Management and OE principles, practices and processes to ensure quality results for project planning/deployment. Apply rigorous Information Protection standards, define and design application functional and user interface requirements, develop use cases and test plans, involve with system testing, conduct testing validation, lead the development of application documentation and customer training, and assist with implementation.
