The successful   candidate will work various elements of the project including support design   and deployment of Cisco UCCE based on the client needs.   Job   Description:   (What will the NPW do on that project?) Provide CISCO   technical support and enterprise routing experience Receives, owns, and   resolves fault/outage events related to Cisco-based Contact Center platforms   that are supported by the Engineer Service Assurance division Performs   installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of assigned   products Responsible for receiving and working trouble and change tickets   according to specified time frames Applies diagnostic techniques to identify   problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common   failures This position is for ERSC Senior Systems Manager. The ERSC Senior   Systems Manager receives, owns, and resolves ticket trouble issues related to   ERSC Supported Client platforms in the tiers III and IV engineering queues.   The ERSC Senior Systems Manager may also complete and track move and change   orders while completing associated Change documentation and notifications.   ERSC Senior Systems Manager completes these tasks with the use of tools,   process, and teamwork. The Senior Systems Manager is responsible for   receiving and working tickets according to specified time frames. ERSC Senior   Systems Manager is the Client Technical Lead, and as such is responsible for   managing issues to resolution, working with vendors, and vendors tiered   support as needed. The ERSC Senior Systems Manager may lead design and   deployment projects from pre-sales through handoff to support teams. Skills:   Successful candidates must demonstrate strong oral and written communication   skills.      Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred – CS/EE or equivalent experience   5-8 years experience in CISCO technical support 2-3 years experience in CISCO   ICM, Cisco CVP, Cisco IOS Voice Gateway, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco TAC   procedure Experience in Cisco IPIVR/QM, Cisco UCCE Enterprise and Express,   Cisco WIM/EIM, VXML and Studio, ACEM Session Border Controller is desired   Linux/Windows OS, MS Office suite, MS Visio.      The candidate will also have some or all of the following skills /   certifications: Cisco: The following certifications are desired along with   one year or more of practical experience with UCCE, UCCX, CCNA (ICND1/ICND2),   CCVP, CCIE, CUCM, CVP, CUPS CUSP, ACE Unity.
